Reservation Process:
1/ Fill out your accommodation and /or Miscellaneous request and send it to us. 2/By the next working day, we will e-mail or fax you rates and availabilities, in accordance to your original request. Together with the proposal, we will send you a booking and condition form for you to review, fill out and send back to us authorizing us to book services as quoted.
At this stage you will need to supply us with a Credit Card Guarantee. As it would not be safe to e mail us the filled out booking and condition form with CC information, please fax us the signed filled out booking and condition form and if you do not have any fax, e mail us the filled out booking and condition form, calling us over the phone 1-800 553 50 90 with CC information in order to finalize your booking process, then mail us the signed filled out form.
3/ Within 24 hours we will advise you of reservation status with 3 days option
4/ Only at this stage, upon your approval, we will charge you a one-time $100.00 deposit for all hotels and services or a 30% deposit for cruises. 5/Balance will be due 35 days prior to services. (Unless notified otherwise).
